Ola Al Dajani is an Egyptian entrepreneur and investor. She started her career at EFG-Hermes, the leading Investment Bank in the Middle East, where she advised on the mergers and acquisitions and IPOs of some of Egypt’s leading businesses (Orascom, Raya,...).
In 2005, Ola channeled her passion for design and fashion into co-founding Beymen Cairo, Egypt’s first and leading luxury retailer, and built it into a multi-million dollar business. Through Beymen Cairo’s flagship 6,000 sqm retail space, Ola introduced top global fashion brands to Egypt, and also promoted and nurtured emerging local Egyptian labels.
Since exiting Beymen Cairo in 2021, Ola has shifted her focus to Egypt’s growing start-up ecosystem, and continues to pursue entrepreneurial and investment opportunities in Egypt and the region.
Ola’s volunteer activities have also focused on mentoring, encouraging entrepreneurship and empowerment of women. She supports several institutions and philanthropic causes particularly in the fields of education, medical services and the arts. She serves on the boards of Ahl Masr Foundation, Funtasia Egypt Foundation and YPO Cairo Chapter.
Ola received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, Summa Cum Laude, from the American University in Cairo, and a Masters of Business Administration with a focus on International Business from Columbia University in New York.
